Here's what I'm working on!

When I first hacked my 2DS, the first thing I did was look for custom Puyo Puyo themes, but there aren't a lot out there unfortunately since Puyo Puyo is so niche in the west. So when I had some free time, I decided to make my own themes and splashes. I was worried that it would be an involved process, but I decided to give it a try anyway, and it turns out it's pretty easy! Once they get approved on Theme Plaza I'll link them below.

This originally started on March 15th 2023 as a Twitter bot that used the Cheap Bots, Done Quick! service to post an image of Ex, a character from the Puyo Puyo Tetris games, every hour. However in April of that same year, Twitter revamped its API and CBDQ had to shut down, so now the original Twitter bot is running using this alternative. I'm currently working on adding a Japanese translation so Japanese Ex fans don't miss out. You can find the Twitter bot here!

After all the API frustration I decided to make a Tumblr version as well. This one doesn't run on CBDQ-P, instead it uses a random generator made in Perchance, then takes the output from that generator and posts it on Tumblr. Although it doesn't post as frequently, since Tumblr isn't run by you-know-who (and it doesn't rely on the Tumblr API anyway) this bot will remain even if the Twitter version goes down.
